PCB testing success. Time to encapsulate.

I was in Florida last week testing all the assembled PCBs in the factory. About 5% failed initial testing but the testing software was able to identify necessary repairs in all but 2 PCBs. So, we ended up with 99% yield after a few missed solder joints were repaired.

The next step is casting the final products. This is a novel process for my contract manufacturer so it may take a few weeks to get all the procedures figured out. We are getting very close now.
